WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

The other payment possible is 4 times payment with Pay pal. When you check out our website will always direct you to the available method if any of them is cancels.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We do offer refunds if order has been place by mistakes & only if you email us in the next 6 hours after placing order at info.kurlhypes@gmail.com to explain the matter you had on the website. If we make a mistake with our order (wrong size, wrong item) please email us. We will correct your order immediately and send the right product at no additional cost. Due to the nature of our products we currently no not offer exchanges.
PACKAGE LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED?
Unfortunately, once your Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. We will always provide tracking numbers information and make sure that you can follow up on time for your shipment. Once delivered, if your package is lost or stolen, you must file a claim with USPS. DOES KURL HYPES PRODUCTS CONTAIN COLOR DYE OR GLITTER?
Great question! The answer is absolutely NOT. All our product is vegan and 100% natural. They do not contain any kind of colors excepted for soaps check ingredient list on website.
WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE SHIP?
Our shipping policy is 7 Business days maximum in the United States! Regarding International Shipment it will take between 7 to 15 days. All orders place will be ship in 48 hours to the post office. We really want to grant fresh product with 100% efficiency.
